It always blooms around the first weekend of May.
I like to think of it as Mother Nature's gift to me for Mother's Day.
Every year it makes me sooooo happy. :-)
Contrary to most fairytales our story begins with the prince marrying the princess, becoming king and queen of their meager kingdom. Two academic degrees, two castles, two chariots, two states, THREE delightful royal babies, and almost seven years later they do their best to live their fairytale to it’s fullest. Like all good fairytales, some days are blissful, and some days are full of twists, turns and headaches. Ultimately they will live happily ever after. These are the chronicles of their journey.

Someday I'm going to be visiting you when the tree is IN BLOOM! I love the pictures:-)
does it get little mini berry/apple things on it? cause it looks like a tree we had in our yard until it died. i'll ask my mom what it is
