~Cordelia at 10 Months~

On July 1st, Miss Cordy hit her ten month mark... and between packing for vacation, running kids to swim lessons, playdates with friends, photo shoots for friends, and trying to find some sort of cleanliness balance in our home I TOTALLY MISSED DOCUMENTING IT!  (Sooo the pictures are a few weeks late and the post is even later, but please know that I had the best of intentions, my Cordy darling.)

 At ten months we can't get enough of that cute rolly polly goodness that is our Cordy dear!  

Though she looks nice and squishy and healthy, the doctors have showed concern about her lack of weight gain.  We really are not concerned, but are trying to make sure food is available for the little lady when she desires... hence the bottle in the above picture.

Check out that cute sweet face!  Then look at those red knees.  At ten months our little lady has been experimenting with all sorts of wormy, wiggly army crawling.

 And now that little lady is about as curious as ever!  Now that she is really starting to get around she's even more aware of the world around her.  

 Those sparkly baby blues and happy smile steal my heart every time I see her.  I sure love that little girl!

Dearest Cordelia,

My goodness, little lady!  It seems like you are growing up oh so fast!  I blink and you're wiggling yourself across the room.  I turn my head for a second and you're eating something off the ground.  You're excited to learn more about the world all around you and it's so fun to watch.  You especially seem to love the water, which is no surprise here.

Your sweet and charming baby personality continues to wow the masses as you make friends where ever you go.  I know I'm terribly biased (after all, I am your mother) but I think you're one of the friendliest babies around.  

I love snuggling with you, singing "Rockabye, My Love" every night before bed.  I love our games of peekaboo.  I love your infectious laughter.  I love everything about you.  I love that I get to be your mother and I'm so glad you came to our family.
