The kids did lots of jumping, a lot a walking, and a lot of throwing Grandma's loose change into fountains.

I love this picture.
(This little girl well never doubt her Daddy loves her. And if she does when she's a teenager I've got the pictures to prove it!)

Happy Babies.

War monument exploring.
My Dad also spent the majority of his Saturday helping Nick install a new door on our side entry. Sadly a week before we locked ourselves out of the house late one Saturday evening and had to call a locksmith. Even more sad is the fact that he was a lousy locksmith and he busted a whole in our door. The most sad of all is that Nick paid him $50 (that we will never see again... believe me, we've tried to get our money back) and we had to replace the dang door for another $180. I'm not going to lie... I wish we had just busted out one of the window panes on the old door and spent $50 replacing that. Oh well. Thanks Dad, for your manual labor!
And thanks Mom and Dad for coming to visit little ole' me and my family out in IOWA!
Can't wait to see you soon for Christmas!
