~After Dinner Activity~

I'm in love... with summer!  I love the warm weather.  I love the naptime rainstorms every other day.  I don't even mind the humidity!  I'll take it any day over the cold.  

I love that Nick only has one class a week so we get to see him more.  I love that it's online so he doesn't even have to leave the house and we can sneak in family prayer during his 5 minute break.  

I love that the days are long, and we get to play outside all day and all evening if we choose.  I love splashing at the pools, exploring at the zoo, picnic lunches, riding the carousel, or playing at the park for hours on end.  I love the popsicles, the fireflies, the barbeque, the flowers, and the potted garden on the side of my house (that actually produced a delightful looking zucchini).  I love the ripe fresh produce available in mass.  I love the farmers markets and occasional road side stands.  

I love the long walks and bike rides.  I love the sprinkler and kiddie pool being put to good use in the backyard.  I don't even mind the babies staying up playing the daylight hours away until 9 (though I despise the whining  that occurs if they're up past 9:15).  I don't care for their early morning wake up call at 6:15 in the morning, but I really don't mind the extra long naps in the afternoon.   I love the vacation planning, the roadtrips, the last minute guests, and visits to family.  I love it all.
