~Magic from a box~

Who knew? she asks inquisitively.  (That or this is her "moe? moe? pease moe? face)
Who knew that magic came in a box?  A box of Rice Crispies that is.  Apparently I have never given Alec and Lyssa Rice Crispies before... we're more of the Cheerios kind of a family.  They were a big hit, but mostly because they sing to you... Alec was mezmerized.  The little man downed his first bowl fast as lightning and then asked for another.  Turns out he wasn't really hungry.  He just wanted to listen to them "snap crackle and pop."  He agrees with me that once they stop "singing" and get all soggy they are no good.  :-)
Oh how I love the magic of childhood!

Isaac love rice krispies too!

I, on the other hand, prefer the rice krispy TREAT variety...

Jakob is like his mommy, prefering the chocolate rice crispies I found on sale recently to the plain ones. Did Alec say what song they were singing? And did he sing along? :)

Just wait until they try pop rocks.

I too prefer the chocolate kind, and I am sure Alec AND Elyssa would agree with me! Nothing beats chocolate for a meal!

Love the facial expressions. Great idea. I don't think I've bought those for 10 years. I should see what the kids think..
