One evening while we were in Idaho all Nick's siblings were able to come over to the Grandparent's house for some serious fun on...
They have tons of grassy land and a nice hill perfect for making your own giant water slide. Not everyone was willing to attempt this crazy feat, but eventually I convinced both my big kids to give it a try. Meanwhile I got some great action shots.
Lyssa was surprisingly hesitant, but eventually even she took a ride down the slide head first! Way to go Lyssa!
I particularly liked this shot of Nick. I think intensity on his face along with the farmers tan is totally awesome.
The first time Alec went down the slide she shouted "That was totally WICKED!"
That crazy little man took many many turns, usually coming up with a smile on his face like this one...
Until he cut himself on one of the stakes holding down the slide. Poor kid. That was the end of the fun and games for him. Meanwhile I mustered up the courage to take a few rides down the slide, usually ending in some sort of crazy roll/belly flop on the grass. Thankfully Nick never got a shot of that awkwardness. What fun evening!
